BUILD 'YOUR' WORDS "Typo" is a typical game in which you build at words. All players get a hand of 12 cards (letters) at the start. You can expand rows of letters on table by one of your letters every time as long as you can say a word that starts with the letters in this row. Choose your letter careful every round! Try to anticipate changes in the rows of letters, because all players choose a card simultaneous and the cards will be played in alphabetical order. So the player with the "A" plays this card first. (The second 12 given cards go counter-alphabetical.) You get minus points when you can't connect your letter! "Typo" gives a surprising word game experience. Fun guaranteed!

All players have chosen a card, so all show their card now. The "F" is the first card in alphabetical order so Ruud plays his card first, then Michael, then Zinedine, then David.

Ruud places his "F" and says "front". Michael says "elastic", Zinedine too. David doesn't see a word to make by adding his "V". Now he takes away the longest row, replaces it by his card and gets 6 minus points.

VARIANT RULE
- Goal: Be the first with 0 cards in your hand.
- Instead of writing minus points you get cards from the discarded row into your hand of cards when you can't connect your letter.
If the discarded row has 1 or 2 cards (this doesn't happen normally), then you take 1 card from the right side of the row into your hand of cards. The other card(s) of the row (left side) go out of the game.
If the row had 3 or 4 cards, then you add the last 2 cards of that row to your hand.
If the row had 5 or 6 cards, then you add the last 3 cards of that row to your hand.
If the row had 7 or 8 cards, then you add the last 4 cards of that row to your hand.
And so on. The first card(s) of the row (left side) go out of the game.

With this variant rule the number of cards in your hand will differ between players during the game. Fewer cards in your hand means that you are closer to the victory but have less many options. This variant is shorter than the normal game. At fairs it will be used to let players learn the game in a shorter way.
